Handover Conditions

The apartment is handed over with the following level of readiness:

• Interior walls of the apartment are built
• PVC double-glazed windows and doors are installed
• Floor is finished with cement screed
• Internal electrical wiring points are completed; a meter is installed in the stairwell
• The first layer of wall treatment is applied
• Balconies are finished with floor screed
• A gas connection point with a meter is installed
